Adam Meets World II
Welcome to Adam Meets World at it’s new home! After a good few years, I’ve graduated from the University of Warwick and moved to London. So I decided to move the blog as well.
It’s a bit scary to think that people from outside the Warwick bubble and outside the U.K. might read this thing, but even scarier to think that no-one will read it at all. So if you’re reading, let me know with the comment button below!
So what’s going on then?
Well, I’m moving to London properly in the next two weeks to start my course in Broadcast Journalism at City University. And I’m so excited a little bit of wee comes out every time I think about it. So expect to hear all about the adventure, and what it’s like to be “trying to make it” as a hack in the U.K. media industry.
Anything else?
Well yes, actually. My big passion is current affairs and the developing world, so I’ll probably stick my oar in on hot topics, and especially on how they’re covered in the global media.
I’ve read your blog.
But only because a) you told me to and b) I can plug Tetbury Online and move it up the Google rankings…
I’m reading it!
[cough] link me [cough]
Hi Adam, Greetings from Mali, West Africa! I found your blog by accident whilst browsing away on Technorati. I’m on a steep learning curve just now and have only been blogging on wordpress a short while – on Africa and Mali. Lots to look at in your blog so I’m bookmarking it for perusal later.
